Things at On The Mend are going smoothly. I have moved out of the beautiful space I was sharing with Jessica Marsh RMT and now only working out of another beautiful space at On The Mend, across the street from the Spring Garden Rd Just Us Cafe.
Tara Patriquin RMT and myself are offering a free 30 minute infrared sauna to anyone who books a one hour massage. It's a great way to beat the winter blues, detoxify your blood and liver and also help you have a more effective treatment by softening you muscles!
